Keith Marshall - Managing Director

Keith has over 18 years of experience in accounting; preparing individual, partnership, trust and company tax returns. He also has 20 years of experience business management, training and administration in the retail, hospitality, human resources, information technology and community services fields. He has worked in both CPA and IPA public practices as a tax consultant. He is a highly skilled small business adviser and is a member of the National Tax and Accountants’ Association and the Institute of Public Accountants. |
Keith puts his in-depth experience, skill and knowledge together to provide Preston Corporate clients with the training and consulting they need for Budgeting, Business Structures, Taxation Planning, Cash Flow Management, Financial Management and Bookkeeping.

Kevin Berry - Director
Kevin works with clients from a diverse range of industries include transport, building and construction, property development, hospitality, trades and professional services. His particular expertise and interest is in business financing; assisting businesses to plan their financing and cashflow requirements, as well as business structures and self-managed superannuation funds.
When Kevin is not working with his clients he is following one of his passions. He is an avid traveler and would always be working from overseas if he could get away with it. He is a lover of all forms of sports; football, cricket, Formula One, horse racing, soccer, basketball. If he gets the chance to take time off it’s likely he has combine his two loves and ducked away to see a game.

Michele has been a Chartered Accountant for over 30 years. She was in practice for over 17 years in West Perth until she sold the business 12 years ago. During that time she found that she was controlling every aspect of her business - she just had to do it herself! It was only when she learned that delegation and teamwork could speed up the achievement of her business goals, that her business changed for the better. After joining Mindshop, she became a facilitator of change in her own business, and subsequently for her clients. Michele has been instrumental in helping those in business to grow and achieve their strategic goals. She believes that her hands-on and problem-solving approach in working with clients is what creates the engagement with people that enables lasting changes both personally and professionally. |
She is passionate about helping people to improve their situation no matter the starting point, by empowering them with the knowledge and perspective to attain their end in mind. For the past 15 years, Michele has been facilitating training workshops and webinars for her own business, the Institute of Public Accountants and the Certified Practicing Accountants Australia.

Romana is one of our senior accountants and an accounting genius at Preston Corporate. She manages the accounting and tax returns for all of our Self-Managed Superannuation Funds and is a trust and company specialist.
Romana is a Certified Practicing Accountant and has worked in a few practices in the last 20+ years. Romana continually updates her knowledge in superannuation taxation strategies and she looks forward to continuing to provide clients with quality advice regarding their superannuation needs.
Besides being an amazing accountant, she is lovely, warm, very patient and likes to take the time to make sure you understand what is going on with your affairs. When she isn't working hard at her desk, Romana is being a wonderful mother to her two sons or taking care of her parents.

Armed with both talent and a great work ethic, Fritha is dedicated to making life easier for her clients, always willing to do whatever it takes to exceed client expectations. Fritha is pedantic when it comes to taxation compliance and works with the directors in keeping our clients compliant with the ATO and ensuring they lodge on time.
Fritha holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Accounting and Taxation and is a member of Certified Practicing Accountants. She has over a decade in practice and is extremely well versed in MYOB and Xero.

Kaylene joined Preston Corporate early in 2021 to support the bookkeeping team with its growing workload. Within months, due to the departure of our senior bookkeeper of 11 years, Kaylene stepped into the role and has done an amazing job in keeping the department on track and operating efficiently.
Kaylene's professionalism, friendliness and great work ethic has ensured that the bookkeeping department has gone from strength to strength no matter the disruptions and obstacles presented to it.

HEATHER MCCUDDEN - BOOKKEEPER
Heather joined the Preston Corporate admin/bookkeeping teams early last year, coming with over 12 years experience in the hospitality and retail sectors, and has returned to Perth after four years in the UK.
Heather has completed her Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and is a welcome addition to both the admin and bookkeeping teams.
We are happy to now have Heather on board full time in our bookkeeping team. Although Heather is no longer in our support team, she is more than happy to assist with any Xero and payroll queries you may have.

Hayley joins our support team with previous experience in accounting administration and a friendly and professional manner. When calling our office, Hayley is most likely to answer the phone, when you do speak to her, please make her feel welcome.

SEAN BULLOCK - CLIENT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR
Sean has been a part of our team for the past 10 years and ensures our office systems run like clockwork, especially with implementation of ongoing software improvements. He is the 'go to' person for all things ASIC from updating your address to processing new company/trusts and business name registrations.
